The above dates are for guaranteed Christmas delivery, however we will still be processing and dispatching orders over the Christmas period, so orders placed after these dates, will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible.

Our warehouse will be closed from lunchtime on the 24th and will re-open on the 29th December. We will be despatching order from 29th to 31st December and again from the 3rd of January.

Items are normally shipped within 24hrs, but please allow up to 28 days.

Postage and Packaging:

p&p is paid per an item - the cost of p&p is clearly stated on each item.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not make any money from the postage cost, even if you buy multiple items

We will obtain proof of postage when we despatch every order, refund will not be made if an item is lost in the post,

Why do we charge p&p per an item?

This is because of our suppliers terms and conditions, when you purchase off us, your order goes straight to our suppliers and they will despatch it from one of their many warehouses, We do this to cut costs and give you the best price possible.

If you ordered two items, they may be despatched from two different locations, so our supplier would have to pay postage twice,

We are negotiating with our suppliers to change their terms and conditions, so that we can charge p&p per an order instead of per an item,

Most of the items we have for sale, we sell for less than the RRP price, so even tho you pay p&p per a item, you may still save money

Warranty & Returns:

Personalised items can not be returned

For and health and hygiene purposes, we do not accept any returns and/or exchanges on lingerie items. Please make sure that you have picked the correct size of the item before placing your order.

(1) Just what I needed is committed to providing our members / customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective, and in keeping with our commitment to providing Customers with excellent service, we offer the returns facilities set out below. In order to deal with your problem effectively the best form of communication is via e-mail quoting us your Order Reference Number and the nature of the fault / problem. We will endeavour to answer your e-mail within 1 working day.

(2) All goods supplied by Just what I needed are warranted to be generally free from defects in workmanship and materials and fit for the purpose for which such goods would normally be used. Subject to this, however, goods are not tested or sold as being fit for any particular application or for use under specific conditions, unless expressly agreed in writing.

(3) Just what I needed does not sell products on a trial basis. Members / customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering.

(4) Under the EC Distance Selling Directive (DSR), you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days commencing the day after the date that the item were delivered. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, nor will you have to pay any penalty. You cannot cancel your contract if the goods you have ordered are audio or video recording or computer software, and you have taken these items out of the sealed packages in which they were delivered to you.

(5) Subject to testing in order to verify any alleged fault, we will accept the return of defective products for full refund or replacement, if, but only if, the goods are returned within 14 days of purchase. Furthermore, products sold on a "no returns" basis will not be accepted for credit under any circumstances. Products sold on a "no return" basis will clearly state so.

(a) Details where to send authorised product returns will be given once a Returns Authorisation (RA) has been issued.

(b) All returned goods must be accompanied by Just what I needed  Returns Authorisation number (RA) which must be obtained by email. Returned goods will not be accepted without a Just what I needed  RA number. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outer packaging, not on the goods. Failure to follow these instructions may result in delay and additional costs.

(c) Just what I needed cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. It is the member's / customer's responsibility to wrap the product adequately to prevent damage.

(d) Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. The cost of postage is to be borne by the customer.

(e) On receipt of the returned product, we will test it to identify the fault you have notified to us.

(f) If following the testing process, the product is found to be in good working order without defect, we will return the product to you, and the carriage costs of this return will be your responsibility.

(g) This warranty shall not apply if the goods have been worked upon, altered or damaged in any way by the member / customer or its employees or agents, or to goods not used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

(h) If on cancellation, the return of any Goods which have already been delivered is necessary risk of damage in transit shall remain with the purchaser until the returned Goods are accepted by the Seller.

(i) In the event of a refund being issued whether goods incorrectly delivered or faulty we will refund the full amount. Any refund will be made by the original method of payment.

(6) Unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer's documentation, all goods delivered to UK mainland address carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Customers who wish to make a warranty claim must comply with the manufacturer's instructions and warranty procedure. In order to expedite a resolution of your problem, we may refer you to the product manufacturer who will deal directly with the return. In these instances, we will provide you with the contact information for the relevant manufacturer.

(7) No software on which seals have been broken can be returned for credit or exchange. If any software discs are faulty they will be replaced by the manufacturer. Please note Software Licences are non returnable.

(8) Some manufacturers require goods to be returned within 14 days or less in order to secure refund. In such instances the manufacturer's time limit will apply and therefore Just what I needed will only accept a return within 14 days of purchase or the manufacturer's time limit if it is less than 14 days.
